Dear AIC Regular Members,

You are hereby invited to attend the AIC General Assembly, which will be held exclusively online on 18 November 2025 at 12:30 (London time; Mexico City –6h = 6:30; Sydney +11h = 23:30).

The decision to hold the meeting exclusively online, rather than during the Congress, was motivated by the numerous withdrawals that had been communicated and that would have prevented us from reaching the quorum required for the important items on the agenda. It was also strongly recommended by the Regular Members who were consulted.

The agenda is as follows:

1) Approval of the minutes of the previous General Assembly (Minutes General Assembly AIC 2023 Chiang-Rai, Minutes Extraordinary GA_19_September_2024).

2) Approval of the AIC Internal Regulations, as required by Article 17 of the Statutes (draft v21 available for download).
Final draft v22 proposed by the EC, with some visible corrections.

3) Presentation of candidates and election of the AIC Executive Committee (link):

a) Vice-President 2026–27,

b) Treasurer 2026–27,

c) Secretary 2026–27,

d) Ordinary EC Members 2026–27,

e) Auditors 2026–29.

4) Approval of the AIC Financial Report 2023–2024 (AIC Financial report 2024).

Important Notes:

• If you are unable to attend personally, you may delegate a member of your own association to attend and vote on behalf of your association, provided that you communicate their full name and email contact to the AIC Secretariat (treasurer@aic-color.org) no later than 31 October 2025.
• Please note that, under the AIC Austria Statutes, each individual may cast only one vote. Proxy voting by members of other associations is no longer permitted.
• The Assembly is also open to Associate Members, Affiliate Members, and Individual Members, without voting rights.
