AIC JUDD AWARD

The Judd Award was founded in 1973, memory of Deane Brewster Judd, to recognize outstanding work in the field of color science, This award is given every two years. The selection is an arduous procedure that includes nominations by AIC members and analysis of antecedents of the nominees by a Committee composed of previous recipients of the award. 

GUIDELINES

AIC AWARD FOR COLOR IN ART, DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENT (CADE) 

The CADE Award was founded in 2015, in recognize of those who excel in the areas of design, art, architecture and humanities.   The award is presented every two years, at AIC Congresses and Midterm Meetings. The selection is an arduous procedure that includes nominations by AIC members and analysis of antecedents of the nominees by a Committee.

AIC STUDENT PAPER AWARDS 

The goal of the AIC Student Paper Awards scheme is to encourage students to present their work at the AIC meetings and to benefit from interaction with the international colour community. Applications must be substantially related to the subject of colour, but may be based in any discipline or mix of disciplines. Both research-based and practice-based work will be considered.
